The Lainox Cloud provides access to a resource centre for foodservice professionals to share and save automatic cooking methods, recipes and more all from the frontend of the NAEB202 unit. Compatible with 20 x 20/1 or 40 x 1/1 GN pans, this is unit can make between 300-500 meals per hour. This combi oven has been designed to meet you high-output.
Cooking modes are available and come in three distinct forms: Convection from 30°C to 300°C, Steam from 30°C to 130°C, Combination Convection + Steam from 30°C to 300°C.
